Amy Macdonald – Automatic

Del nuovo album Amy ha raccontato: “ho impiegato circa 2 anni e mezzo per questo disco, il periodo più lungo che io abbia mai impiegato per la lavorazione di un album. Avrei preferito finirlo con maggiore anticipo, ma ora che è ultimato, sono contenta di essermi presa il tempo necessario; ha avuto tutte le cure di cui aveva bisogno”. L’album è stato prodotto da Cam Blackwood (George Ezra, Florence and the Machine) con la collaborazione di My Riot (London Grammar, Birdy).

Il brano “Automatic” è la prima canzone che Amy abbia scritto insieme alla sua band e si ispira all’idolo di Amy: Bruce Springsteen.
